Gravel screen, which is also called ore screening equipment, takes advantage of the relative motion of sieve and grain materials to make part of the particles through the sieve pore to divide the sand, gravel, crushed stone and other materials into different levels according to the particle size.

High frequency mineral screen is mainly composed of vibrator, pulp distributor, screen box, frame, suspension spring and sieve mesh.

High frequency screen has high efficiency, small amplitude and high screening frequency. Different from the working principle of common screening equipment, high frequency screen uses high frequency, which on the one hand breaks the tension of the ore pulp surface, and on the other hand, the fine particles vibrate with high speed on the screen surface, thus accelerating the separation of big density and useful minerals and increasing the probability that the materials smaller than the separation granularity contact the screen hole. This creates a good separation environment in which the materials smaller than the separation granularity and especially the materials and pulp with big proportion all can go through the screen holes.
