It is a widely acknowledged that sudden blocking will occur during the operation of mining machinery. How to deal with it and how to avoid blocking? The tips are listed as follows.
1. Blocking is one of the usual problems, which may partly caused by the deficiency in machine design. In most cases, the inappropriate operation will be the main reason.
2. Operators have to be more careful because factors like overload, overspeed of material feeding will lead to blocking. During the process of feeding, it is necessary to pay attention to the ammeter pointer’s deflection angle . If it exceeds rated current, it means that the engine is overloaded and chance are that it may be burnt out. In order to change the situation , operators should close bin gate a little bit or even shut the gate, or change the way of feeding alternatively.
In a word, constant attention should be paid during the whole process of operation. Only in this way can we avoid blocking to a large degree.
