The device should be lubricated often with 3 lithium base grease lubricant two times a week. The worker should check whether there is any abnormal sound and abnormal heating phenomenon on vibration motor. The motor bearing temperature limit is 40 ℃higher than the environment temperature. If it is abnormal, the workers should add 3 lithium base grease lubricating oil or replace bearings. The vibration motor should be checked in the oil seal, bearing running after 1500 hours. If any injury occurs, it should be replaced immediately. In addition, every three months you should conduct a minor repairs and maintenance, 6 and 12 months for an overhaul. The disassembling and maintenance of motor should be operated by technical personnel with professional knowledge.
The circular vibrating screen should be often checked whether there is any loose on the fasteners at running time. Regularly check the cable or wear between the vibration motor and the power switch (change a vibration motor wire after two or three months).When it is necessary to replace cables, you should check whether the earth wire is good and it is strictly prohibited the motor running without anything.
