Vibrating Screen Introduction：
The vibrating screen is our company’s new screen device especially for screening the materials in the quarry, which adopted the vibrating of the tube eccentric shaft to adjust the amplitude. And it features stable structure, strong vibrating force, high screening efficiency, low vibrating voice, firmly durable，long service life and easy maintenance, and safe operation, etc. Besides, it is widely used in building materials, transportation, energy, coal preparation, cement, mine, electricity and chemical industries, especially for classifying the coal, limestone, broken stone, grit, metal or non-metal ore and the other materials.

Working principles:
The vibrating screen mainly consists of the eccentric shaft vibration, screen box, motor, chassis，spring and vibration absorber device.
To the YA series ,the track of the screen box is circular, and the screen surface is on a slight slope betwwen15°～25°.Through the Triangle belt, the motor drives the eccentric block of the vibrator at high rotary speed, generating the centrifugal force, and then causing the screen box did circular movement by the amplitude. After that, the materials in the slope screen surface will be cast continuously by the force generated from the screen box, then realizes the purpose of classifying.

Note:
The vibrating screen should be started in a situation that is no materials in the screen surface, if not, avoiding starting it. Feeding the materials after ensuring the machine operated steadily. Besides, the machine should be shut down until stopping feeding and ensuring the screen surface is clean. In addition, we should often watch the operation of the machine, if finding something is unusual or have strange noise, we’d better shut down the machine , find out the reasons ,and put it right at once.
